What we collect
When you donate, volunteer, register for an event, subscribe or contact us, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, city, PAN (for 80G receipts) and your message.
Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure checkout. Ek Punjab Foundation never sees or stores your card or banking credentials.
How we use it
To process donations and issue receipts, to coordinate volunteers and event attendance, to answer your questions, and — only if you subscribe — to send updates about our work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How we protect it
Data is stored in an access-controlled database with encrypted connections. Admin access is restricted by role, protected by strong passwords and every sensitive action is logged.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to hello@ekpunjabfoundation.org.
